Every so often I open up a new gallery and I find a photo that just takes my breath away. As soon as I flipped past this one, I knew it would be stunning in black & white. Meet their first “baby”. Should we consider this a family portrait of their lives before the newborn arrives? I’ll tell you, she’s very well behaved and great at following directions. I hope their next baby takes a cue from this one!
All kidding aside, we do have plenty of mom and dad alone. Who doesn’t love the canine family members? But I know you wanted an actual maternity session too! Thanks for being so patient! Enjoy the peek.

There’s always a first time for everything. When I got an email asking if I did pet photography, I thought, “Well, no one has ever asked me before. But, how much harder could it be than chasing energetic preschoolers around?” As it turns out, a very cooperative puppy showed up, and in this case, it was much much easier than my typical toddlers! Looking forward to my next furry client!
